Apartment Analytics Software emerged from a simple, but extremely powerful concept – to help people succeed in real estate investing. Our mission is to provide investors of all walks of life, the analytical tools and real world practical knowledge that when applied correctly, can transform the intangible into tangible.
Apartment Analytics Software was founded by Darrell Roberts and Robert Prouty; the creators of the Apartment Acquisition Model™ and the iProfit Analyzer™. The analytical goal was simple – provide investors with powerful and effective financial tools to evaluate apartment and residential investment properties. Tools that will help investors make smarter and more profitable real estate investments. Tools that have already been proven to be highly effective in the real world, not just in text book terms.
Darrell Roberts
Darrell is nationally recognized in the apartment investment industry. He is a professional real estate investor, financial advisor and founder of DMT Investments, a private real estate firm located in Southern California that specializes in multifamily investment and advisory services. He spent his career working in the apartment industry with top tier real estate companies including CB Richard Ellis, Apartment Realty Advisors to private equity firms to entrepreneurial multifamily real estate syndication companies. Over the years, he has amassed a wealth of experience with apartment investments.
Darrell has extensive experience with multifamily underwriting, financial analysis, financial modeling, condo conversions, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of apartment properties. He has analyzed thousands of investment properties totaling in excess of $60 billion located throughout the United States including the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and other major markets.
Darrell's been involved with the acquisition and sale of over $850 million in apartment properties. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with Concentrations in Finance and Real Estate Investment Analysis.
Robert Prouty
Rob has spent the majority of his career in multifamily lending having worked for three of the country's top Agency lenders including Red Capital Group, Column Financial, a Credit Suisse Company, and Wachovia. Specializing in debt capital solutions spanning affordable to conventional mortgage loan programs, he has extensive knowledge and indepth expertise of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA financing options.
Working with mortgage bankers to property owners and investors across the nation, Rob has developed a unique perspective of the good and the bad of real estate investing and financing. He is also highly experienced at property analysis and underwriting having financed more than $600 million of property and analyzed billions more.
Understanding the differences between a lender and an investor is one of the many perspectives that Rob wants to share with future and current investors. Rob is a Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a concentration in Communications. He earned his M.B.A. from Georgia Tech with a concentration in Finance.
